Terms of Service & User Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Hadith AI (Hadith Companion) mobile application and official website. By downloading, accessing, or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Hadith AI provides authentic textual references from canonical Hadith compilations for educational and spiritual reflection. The conversational AI responses are not a substitute for formal religious rulings (Fatwas). For binding legal or personal jurisprudence matters, please consult qualified Islamic scholars and authorized institutions.
1. Permitted Use & License
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial educational and spiritual reflection. You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying software assets for unauthorized redistribution.
2. Hadith Texts & Intellectual Property
The Arabic texts of the Hadith compilations (Sahih al-Bukhari, Sahih Muslim, etc.) are sacred public domain texts of Islamic heritage. The proprietary software code, compilation design, search algorithms, user interface, brand assets, and AI system design are the intellectual property of Taha Imam.
3. Advertisements & Google Play In-App Purchases
The free tier of the app is supported by Google AdMob advertisements. An optional in-app subscription or one-time upgrade is available to remove all advertising and access unlimited AI prompts. All billing is processed securely through the Google Play Store billing platform.
4. Limitation of Liability
While we strive for 100% precision in astronomical prayer times calculations and authentic translations, the app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.
